Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service to allow for check-in. If you wish to use the spa facilities, an additional reservation needs to be made for the use of the spa facilities and swimsuits must be worn. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.
